Product use
North Pixel products are practical software utilities. Features may depend on browsers, operating systems, websites, APIs, and other third-party services. Changes to those platforms may affect how a product works.
Product information
Information shown by a North Pixel product may depend on information available from the browser, operating system, webpage, or other third-party source. For example, Download Source Log can only show source/referrer or safety information when Chrome provides that information. DataBridge depends on the structure and accessibility of the webpages being used, and some fields may require user confirmation.
Purchases and licensing
Some North Pixel products may offer optional paid features through a one-time purchase or another clearly stated license model. Payments and billing are handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, invoices and payment receipts. Where supported by the product, Polar also provides license management. North Pixel does not process payment card information. Specific prices and license terms are shown on each product's own page.
Third-party services and names
North Pixel products may interact with or depend on third-party platforms and services. Google, Chrome, Microsoft, Polar, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes compatibility or services and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Availability
Product and website availability may be affected by browser, operating system, website, network, API, or other third-party changes. North Pixel may update products or product information as these dependencies change.
Backups and responsibility
Keep appropriate backups of files and information you rely on. North Pixel products are not backup services unless a product explicitly states otherwise. To the extent permitted by applicable law, North Pixel is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, a product. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
No guarantee of perfect results
North Pixel aims to provide useful and accurate tools, but software and third-party information may be incomplete, unavailable, or change over time. A product result should not be interpreted as a guarantee when the underlying platform does not provide such a guarantee.
